Health coaching is a great way to achieve a better lifestyle, balance and overall health but it’s important to note that health coaching is not for everyone! My clients come to me with an open-mind, positive motivation and ready to work together to achieve meaningful lifestyle changes. This mindset is the best way to set yourself up for success!

We will look at your health history, current issues and areas you want to work on and progress. Based on these, we set attainable goals and break down the action steps required to meet them. Every time we meet, we check in to see how you are progressing, where we need to make tweaks and where we can move forward to the next step. By using a step-by-step approach and personalize a program to fit your unique body and mind, we can achieve incredible improvements to your health and wellbeing.

3 Month Program

  • Meet with me bi-monthly, one-on-one, for a total of six 50-minute sessions via Skype, FaceTime, or in person if applicable.

  • During each session we will work towards your main health goals and I will provide you with personal support and guidance.
  • Includes various handouts, recipe guides, grocery shopping lists, and between session email support.

6 Month Program

  • Meet with me bi-monthly, one-on-one, for a total of twelve 50-minute sessions via Skype, FaceTime, or in person if applicable.
  • During each session we will work towards your main health goals and I will provide you with personal support and guidance.
  • Includes various handouts, recipe guides, grocery shopping lists, and between session email support.
